Underground Electrical & New Construction becomes necessary any time power has to reach a new spot. In San Diego, the ADU boom means many homeowners need a feeder run to a backyard unit or a converted garage, and growing areas like Temecula and Murrieta keep adding new homes that need full wiring. Other triggers include a new pool or spa, a workshop or shed, a detached garage, landscape lighting across a long yard, or a remodel that opens walls and exposes outdated wiring. Overhead lines and long extension cords are signs a proper buried circuit is overdue.
